Middle Back Pain
There are 12 bones (T1-T12 vertebrae) located in the middle back below the neck bones. If a bone is misaligned, it can pinch a nerve. This can cause sharp pain and spasm pain in the chest and arms.

May vary from a local pain to a sharp strong shooting pain

Thoracic misalignment causes inflammation and pressure in the disc, and this in turn causes pressure on the adjacent spinal nerves

Will cause the pain to get worse and increase in frequency
